So sometimes I am inspired by a particular medium to create art. Five years ago I took an encaustic painting workshop and found that painting with molten wax forced me to change my approach to creating art. I had to learn how to work quickly; instead of carefully planning a painting, I have to trust my instinct. Sometimes it works, other times
